Reightzhyl Leera is known for sharing motivational quotes about faith, hope, and resilience. Here is one of the many things she said: “Why do you always say, “Praise God”, Praise the Lord”, “All glory to God”. You always give God the credit.” Because I know I didn’t get here by myself. It was all by His grace alone.” The subject of grace is extensively covered in the Bible. You can see traces of it literally in every book of the Bible. If one were to look for a word to summarize our text, it would be grace.
The formation of man is also a pointer to grace…All things considered, there is no man without the grace of God. Grace is the reason why we live.
Three things are noted in this verse. Firstly, you have the planting of a garden eastward in Eden. The garden was like a one-stop shop. Everything that man could ever need was there. It is important to note that the garden was planted by God, and there was no input of man in it. That talks of grace. Secondly, you have the formation of man. Of course, it is evident that man did not form himself. The Psalmist says, “Know that the Lord, He is God; It is He who has made us, and not we ourselves; We are His people and the sheep of His pasture.” Psalms 100:3 NKJV. The formation of man is also a pointer to grace. Finally, God put the man that he had formed in the garden that He had planted. That also speaks of grace. All things considered, there is no man without the grace of God. Grace is the reason why we live.
1 thought on “GRACE IS THE REASON”
Grace is the reason, and God is the source. Truly, we are who we are because He first loved and provided for us. This is the perfect mindset to carry through 2026!
