Of the sevenfold dimensional operations of the Spirit upon Jesus is what is known as the Spirit of wisdom. That Jesus walked, talked, and acted by wisdom was incontrovertible. There was so much display of wisdom by Him that they queried His source. “And when the Sabbath had come, He began to teach in the synagogue. And many hearing Him were astonished, saying, “Where did this Man get these things? And what wisdom is this which is given to Him, that such mighty works are performed by His hands!” (Mark 6:2 NKJV). We see Him display wisdom when the people tried to box Him to a corner regarding paying taxes. Obviously, they were trying to get Him contradict the Roman law. He simply asked for a copper coin, demanding to know whose superscription was on it. When they told Him it was Caesar’s, He charged them to give to Caesar what was Caesar’s and to God what was God’s. They could not beat His wisdom.
” Difficult moments are a good opportunity for the Spirit of wisdom to be activated.”
The book of Ecclesiastes says a number of things concerning wisdom. In chapter 10 at verse 10, we learn that wisdom is profitable to direct. If you like, you can turn that round to mean that wisdom directs profitably. Here is another submission on wisdom: “How wonderful to be wise, to analyze and interpret things. Wisdom lights up a person’s face, softening its harshness.” (Ecclesiastes 8:1 NLT). When, through wisdom, you gain solutions to a puzzle, the countenance lights up. Keep in mind that many things that will shape your life will come at the spur of the moment. You will not have advance notice to make ready for them. Never mind; it is at such moments that the Spirit of wisdom takes over. If you are born again, be conscious that you have the Spirit resident within you already. Difficult moments are a good opportunity for the Spirit of wisdom to be activated.
