That is also a way of confirming the words of Moses that God is fearful in praises (Exodus 15:11). The praises of Judah brought down the power of God.
There are established protocols for approaching God. One of them is gratitude. Psalm 100 spells this out. We are to enter his gate with thanksgiving, and His court with praise.
A good way to develop a positive attitude is by observing those who already have it. Follow their example, and you will soar on attitude scale.
The bearing of our meditation today is for the believers to find their respective mission field; that is, the specific thing that God wants them to do.
If believers will be committed to the course of the gospel as these men faced their mission, we will hasten the establishment of God’s kingdom on earth.
The Spirit is given to us to coach us through life. To win, we must subscribe to the instruction of the Holy Spirit who is the Chief Coach.
Every well meaning believer should not only pray but do whatever is in his or her power to hasten the coming of the day of the Lord.
I have recounted this experience because everyday I see people stress themselves over matters they have little or no control over. Take for instance a snail-like traffic. There is no amount of yelling that can speed up the flow.
We are to rule by the inspired word of God coming from our mouth. If you are a believer, you are a member of a nation made up of special people.
