Finally this line of prayer teaches us to expect something from God everyday. Why would Jesus teach us to pray this prayer everyday unless Heaven is willing to shower us with blessings daily?

Walking in power and authority requires that we walk in purity.

We need to see things with God’s view lens. Elizabeth and her husband had served God faithfully despite the fact that they hadn’t any child yet. 

Discretion will compel you to defer anger or comment on some issues so as to allow tempers to cool. Abigail was a good illustration of this.
