As ambassadors of Christ, we should do what He would have done if He was physically present. Wherever we find ourselves, we must never forget that we are planted there for a reason.

A first impression hardly gives the true picture of people, especially in this age of packaging. I have often heard that we should not judge a book by its cover. This is more like saying don’t rely on the first impression.
Even if we are feeble individually, tremendous results can be achieved in concert. As little as the ants are, they have mastered the importance of team work to secure the future.
The world is experiencing increasing cases of mental health problems. This may not be unconnected to how people subject themselves to pressure to perform.
The means and the type of joy offered by the world are ineffective. God’s offer is by far superior and more desirable.
God’s time is the time He engages His miracle gear on your behalf and levels the obstacle for good. As we see in our passage of Scripture, when the people responded to God’s timing, He rolled back the water and they walked on dry ground.
That search was unnecessary if only they had listened. They could have saved themselves from that fruitless labour. The key point of our meditation today is that someone with deeper spiritual insight and wider life experiences can save you from a goose chase.
Those who delight to shift blames rather than accept responsibility will hardly make any meaningful progress in life or in their walk with God.
God made man in His own image. The travesty is man trying to make God in his own image! Moses was on the mount with God receiving the law.
There could be strength in our weakness. Surrendering to the Lord is the key. This does not necessarily mean our external circumstances would change; it simply means something on the inside of us needs to alter.
