A robust community spirit was built among the people of God in the Old Testament, and it was meant to be for our example. Their society was structured in such a way that everybody served as their brother’s keeper.

Always remind yourself that you are called to fight from the vantage point of victory, because Christ has already finished the work.

Ecclesiastes 3 states that there is a season for everything and a time to every purpose under the heaven. A corollary of that is this: to every purpose there is a person. No one on earth is without a specific purpose.

God going before His people as seen from our text, what does it mean? Guidance, of course. Several blessings results when God guides.  Invariably, God’s guidance makes clear the path to walk in.

Approaching God for anything must never be with half measures. We need 100% reliance on His counsel and might. It is important to know that the Lord is able to finish any work He started provided we allow Him, and remain attuned to the Spirit.

Our text says that God makes all things beautiful in His time. Don’t only acquire the best technology and hire the best brain, also learn to wait on God for appointed times.

It would appear that God deals with us based on knowledge. Obed-Edom was not slain even though there are chances that he touched the ark while in his custody.

When people have such compelling mission that passes threshold of the fear of death, they end up doing significant things – for good or evil.

Thirdly, you have to know the season that the word of God has been programmed for fulfilment. God speaks and performs His word in seasons.

Even when there seems to be a “genuine” reason to show hatred, by which we mean someone has truly offended you, remember it is a trap of the devil.
