The Bible never said that we should acknowledge God with the big issues of life; rather we are enjoined to talk to Him in all our ways.

Whatever God has spoken to you has become a decree; the power of Heaven is backing it! The way you put your faith to work is to begin to declare the decree. Profess the Word of God spoken to you by prophecy or revelation; and the ones given to you from Scriptures.
