Until the word is spoken, the Spirit has nothing to work with. The Spirit hovers over the spoken word and causes the effect; it may be of conviction or motivation to duty.

UNIVERSAL PHENOMENON
He said that sacrifice is a universal phenomenon. I have watched people in all fields of endeavour and found that those who made appreciable progress have made a great deal of sacrifice.
GROWING IN LOVE
Our love for God should grow to a level where we do not count our lives dear to us, and have become willing to lay everything down for His glory.
HIGHER STANDARD
The world generally holds men of God to a higher standard. That is understandable. They are brand ambassadors of God’s kingdom.
PREMISE FOR PRAYER
The promise of God is the forerunner of all His activities. God will do nothing without first announcing it. You can be certain that when God declares a thing,
SET OUT AND STAY THROUGH
After setting out, you have to stay through. There is no point getting discouraged and throwing in the towel simply because you don’t see immediate results.
WISE COUNSEL
The war could have been avoided if wise counsel had been heeded. The German Ambassador to Britain at the time, Prince Lichnowsky, had advised Kaiser Wilhelm II against going to war with Britain.
APPEALING PRAYERS
However, not all prayers appeal to God. Heaven only responds to prayers that are appealing.
FIRST CONQUEST
Several things must be conquered before we can attain our destined heights and glory. However, the first thing to conquer is intimidation.
