TURNING MISERY TO MISSION
Once you develop this mindset you will look away from your misery and focus on your mission.

The only thing that can return Christianity to its glory is the faith of the fathers. It defies all odds and overcomes every assault of hell.
It is an expression of faith when we thank God despite the things that are out of shape. Soon enough, God will deploy His power to bring about a turnaround.
One way to get out of this deceit is to see every act as a seed. Once a farmer casts his seed into the soil, a consequence follows; the seed will produce after its kind.
Believers should come to a resolve not to allow their light to be hidden anymore. Each of us is like a little star. Several of these stars dotting the sky is a beauty to behold.
God does all His pleasure for His people; but He does not always employ conventional means. In his CHURCH & CULTURE blog of November 26, 2011, Dr. James Emery White told the story of Corrie ten Boom and her sister Betsy at the Nazi concentration camp.
Abraham certainly enjoyed faith enhancers. When God brought him into the open and made him look at the stars, He was boosting his faith.
God knows the limit of our faith. If we make a passionate plea to Him at our wits’ end, His mercy will take over.
In some Bible instances, as we shall see again today, it took those who dared to be odd to save the people of God. Esther is another clear example of this.
We also noted then that when we choose to be odd in the name of God and for the sake of His kingdom, we risk being attacked by multitudes who want to play safe.
