A threefold cord will not be easily broken. Great men make their marks through partnerships with others.

The world cannot be won by rhetoric. Miracles may be nothing more than side attractions. What will captivate the people of the world is love and oneness, the type that is alien to their community.

Mary, the Queen of Scots reportedly said, ‘I fear the prayer of John Knox more than the assembled armies of Europe.’ 

Left to us, we do not have what it takes to listen to or obey the Lord. We need Him to supply us with the necessary grace to do it.

In other words, our conscience is an umpire that sees not just the actions, but also the intention. The peace of God is also a good examiner.

Don’t wait until everything is perfect before stepping into what God has called you to do. Even in the imperfect state, the grace of God can overshadow us and make a difference.

Knowing that Jesus will return to make everything right is reason enough for continuous joy.

Those who will make the most of the Scriptures must rely on the Spirit of God for guidance.

Without them, most eminent people would have their lives ground to a halt. It is high time we obeyed the injunction to honour all men.

Information is the starting point to most miracles. When critical information is acted on, miracles occur.
