God does not set before you doors of opportunity without some form of resistance from the adversary.

Interestingly, knowing the will of God from the start may prevent some crisis from developing.

If you are ever going to have order in your life, you need to get to work. The year ahead can certainly be more fruitful if we do the needful to remove all encumbrances and disorderliness from the way.

Our text makes it clear that obedience will grant us access to the good things of life. Make a pact with God this early period of the year to obey Him, and do not forget to ask for the grace to keep your word.‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬

Never come under the pressure of the urgent and forget to make God your priority this year. Remember that only His blessing can make a difference in your pursuits.

Giving attention to reading, hearing, and practising the word is a sure route to a life of peace and progress.

The beginning of a new year is often characterized by people making different resolutions to turn a new leaf or achieve greater results.
